c. Mean average weekly eligible rent
d. Median weekly eligible rent, if held
e. Lower quartile and upper quartile weekly rent, if held Please confirm whether the rent figures provided include:
a. Core rent only
b. Eligible service charges
c. Intensive housing management charges
d. Any other eligible charges
If possible, please provide the information broken down by:
a. Registered Provider / housing association landlord b. Charity or voluntary sector landlord c. Non-registered provider / private landlord d. Managing agent or lease-based supported housing provider Please provide the number of current live Housing Benefit claims used to calculate the figures.
If the authority does not hold the information specifically for one-bedroom flats, please provide the closest available equivalent, such as:
a. All self-contained exempt supported housing units b. All one-bedroom supported housing units c. All exempt accommodation claims where bedroom size is not recorded Please confirm the date or reporting period to which the data relates.
