Please provide the following information from the time period 1/11/2025 until and including 09/7/2026 within the statutory 20 day response period.

1.    Any and all communication with government agencies relating to Oakley Green/ Forest Green Road, and including Speeding , HGVs, Dangerous Driving, Environmental/flood defence damage, Damaged Road signs.
2.    Any and all question and statements raised at RBWM council meetings regarding: Speeding, HGVs, Dangerous Driving, Environmental/flood defence damage, Damaged Road signs.
3.    Any and all communication to MP Joshua Reynolds regarding: Speeding , HGVs, Dangerous Driving, Environmental/flood defence damage, Damaged Road signs.
4.    Any and all communications with the police regarding: Speeding , HGVs, Dangerous Driving, Environmental/flood defence damage, Damaged Road signs.
5.    Number of residents contacting you on points regarding : Speeding , HGVs, Dangerous Driving, Environmental/flood defence damage, Damaged Road signs.
6.    Number of official Oakley Green and Forest Green Road observations.
7.    Number of visits to Braywood school to observe issues relating to: Speeding , HGVs, Dangerous Driving, Environmental/flood defence damage, Damaged Road signs.
