FOI003261 EIR Planning

I am writing in relation to planning application 26/00788/FULL.
[...] I wondered whether these documents could now be made publicly available as part of the planning record.
If they are not already available, I would be grateful if the Council could either publish them on the planning portal or provide copies of:
• The original pre-application submission was made in May 2025.
• All plans and supporting documents submitted as part of that request.
• The written pre-application response issued in August 2025.
• Any notes or minutes of the pre-application meeting.
• Any written comments provided by the Planning Case Officer, Highways Department, Lead Local Flood Authority, Environmental Protection Team and Local Ecology Officer.
• Any subsequent correspondence between the applicants and RBWM officers relating to the pre-application advice.
If these documents cannot be published through the planning portal, I would be grateful if this email could instead be treated as a request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
