Please provide the following information for the period 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2025:
Any correspondence (including emails, letters, briefing notes, meeting invitations, and internal communications) between the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) and the Montreux Healthcare Fund; and/or Montreux Capital Management
Any internal RBWM communications, including but not limited to emails, meeting minutes, agenda papers, briefing documents, internal notes or risk assessments, in which either the Montreux Healthcare Fund or Montreux Capital Management is mentioned.
Details of any meetings (formal or informal) between RBWM staff and representatives of either organisation, including dates, attendees, purpose of the meeting, and any associated minutes, notes, or summaries.
Any correspondence, reports, analysis, or data held by RBWM relating to the financial health, viability, or risk status of Active Care Group (or any of its subsidiary entities), including internal risk assessments or provider financial monitoring outputs, escalation documents, board or committee papers, recovery plans or oversight documentation and communications with integrated care boards (ICBs) or other NHS bodies.
