RE: RBWM Highways Cable Speed Check Data. [Automatic Traffic Counter]
Please provide the following information from the most recent Speed check:
1. Length of time the data represents i.e. Days or months
2. The Cables were severed for a period of time how long was this.
3. Highest and lowest speeds recorded over the entire data set
4. Highest speeds between 6 am and 9 am
5. Highest speed between 7 pm and 9 pm
6. The average number of HGVs were recorded each weekday
7. Please provide the entire data set
