I am writing to request environmental information under the Environmental Information Regulations.
I am seeking information relating to the proposed LONGCROSS GARDEN VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT, planning reference RU.22/0393.
Please provide:
1. The annual operational emissions figure for the development, expressed in tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent per year, or the closest equivalent figure held by the Council.
2. A copy of the planning document in which this figure is stated. This may be contained in a Climate Effects Report, Energy Statement, Energy and Sustainability Strategy, Environmental Statement Report, carbon assessment, sustainability statement, or a similarly titled document.
I have searched the Council’s planning portal but have been unable to locate this figure or the associated document.
