Information Requested
Please provide:
1. The complete written instructions (including any briefing note, instruction bundle, chronology, annexes and supporting documents) sent to external Counsel concerning planning application 23/01985/AGDET.
2. Counsel's written Opinion, Advice or Advices relating to that application.
3. Any supplementary written advice, addenda or follow-up opinions provided by Counsel.
4. Any written request seeking clarification from Counsel together with Counsel's written response.
5. Any document identifying the legal questions upon which Counsel was instructed to advise.
6. Any officer report, note, memorandum or briefing prepared summarising Counsel's advice for officers or decision-makers.
Scope
If any document contains material that is exempt from disclosure, I request that:
• exempt material is redacted only where strictly necessary;
• the remainder of each document is disclosed;
• each redaction identifies the specific Regulation relied upon.
If documents comprise both factual material and legal advice, I request disclosure of all reasonably severable factual material.
