I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding the noise monitoring equipment currently attached to the lamp post opposite [...] Blackamoor Lane, Maidenhead, SL6 8xx
Please provide the following information:
1. The reason the noise monitoring equipment has been installed at this location.
2. The date the equipment was installed.
3. How long the equipment is expected to remain in place.
4. What the equipment is monitoring (for example, road traffic noise, environmental noise, specific nuisance complaints, or any other purpose).
5. Whether the equipment records audio conversations or simply measures noise levels.
6. Details of the department responsible for the installation and monitoring of the equipment.
7. Copies of any complaints, correspondence, reports, or requests received by the Council that resulted in the installation of this equipment.
8. Where necessary, I appreciate that any personal information contained within complaints or correspondence should be redacted in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Freedom of Information Act. However, I request that the remaining content of those documents be disclosed.
