1) Detail of any permits, licences or other type of permission sought or granted to carry out the laying of 118m of waste pipe from […], SL6 3xx to the Chawridge Bourne along bridleway BR23 .
2) Were any risk assesments in relation to the above undertaken by RBWM or any other person, or supplied prior to excavation works on BR23 on 29th May 2026?
3) Did the LLFA grant permission for the destruction and filling in of the ditch running along BR23, between [...] and the Chawridge Bourne footbridge on Blackbird Lane?
4) Were any surveys undertaken by RBWM or supplied to RBWM by the owner of […], or any other plans submitted prior to the excavation of BR23?
5) If there was no permit/license or any other permissions granted, this would appear to amount to a serious offence. What remedy or penalty or any other course of action is open to RBWM to ensure that the ditch is reinstated and the BR23 surface returned to it's former state, and who would bear the financial responsibility?
