Please can you tell me the amount of money that the council has spent (a) removing flags cable tied to lamp posts in RBWM, (b) painting over flags (particularly red crosses) painted on roundabouts and road markings in the last 2 years.

Please can you also tell me how many people the council has prosecuted, or fined if allowed, for doing these things.

Also does the council have any live investigations into people who have done any of the above.
