I understand that enforcement case 25/50017/ENF has now formally closed as of 31 December 2025. I am therefore submitting this fresh request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and/or the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
As you will be aware from FOI002219, there were extensive third-party representations and correspondence relating to 17 Parkside Road across planning applications 25/01009/FULL and 25/02011/FULL, the subsequent appeal (25/60106/REF), and enforcement case 25/50017/ENF. Planning permission was granted on appeal on 28 November 2025 and all conditions have since been discharged by RBWM (ref: 26/00337/CONDIT, 9 April 2026).
I am seeking a complete picture of all correspondence held by the council relating to 17 Parkside Road for the period 1 December 2024 to the date of this request, which has not already been disclosed under FOI002219 or published on the planning portal. This includes all correspondence with third parties regarding the planning applications, the appeal, the enforcement case and the condition discharge application, all internal correspondence between planning and enforcement officers regarding third-party representations received, and all correspondence with all elected members regarding these matters.
In particular, I am aware from correspondence already in my possession that Cllr Genevieve Gosling was in communication with a third party regarding the planning and enforcement matters at 17 Parkside Road. I would therefore specifically ask that Cllr Gosling is contacted to seek any correspondence she holds relating to this address, as [...] confirmed this approach was available to me when submitting a fresh request.
