1. All contracts or framework agreements between RBWM and Vivid Resourcing Ltd, including start and end dates and contract value.

2. The name of the account holder recorded in RBWM's finance system for this supplier.

3. All invoices submitted by or on behalf of Vivid Resourcing Ltd in the financial years 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26.

4. Any documentation relating to the novation, assignment, or transfer of any contract with Vivid Resourcing Ltd to another entity.

5. The supplier onboarding documentation held for Vivid Resourcing Ltd, including any Companies House or identity verification checks.
