2. The name of the account holder recorded in RBWM's finance system for this supplier.
3. All invoices submitted by or on behalf of Barkland Tree Specialists in the financial years 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26.
4. The supplier onboarding documentation held for Barkland Tree Specialists, including any Companies House or identity verification checks.
5. The Companies House registration number recorded for this supplier in RBWM's finance system.
