Please provide the following information for Hines Meadow Multi-Storey Car Park, Maidenhead.
Date range: 1 January 2025 to the date of this request.
I am only asking for information that can be extracted from the parking payment system, payment machine records, contractor payment reports, or existing finance/revenue reports. I am not asking for manual searches of emails, complaints, correspondence or signage records in this request.
RBWM’s published parking information states that Hines Meadow is free on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Please provide:
1.The number of parking payment transactions made on Sundays and Bank Holidays at Hines Meadow.
2.The total value of payments taken on Sundays and Bank Holidays at Hines Meadow.
3.The total number of paid-for parking hours purchased on Sundays and Bank Holidays at Hines Meadow.
4.Whether the payment machines at Hines Meadow are configured to accept payment on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
5.If held in the same system or report, please provide the above broken down by month. If a monthly breakdown would exceed the cost limit, please provide the total figures only.
To keep this request within the FOI cost limit, please treat questions 1, 2 and 4 as the priority. If any other part would exceed the cost limit, please answer questions 1, 2 and 4 first and provide advice and assistance under section 16 before refusing the whole request.
