Request

I am writing to make a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
This request relates to the recent changes to the road and parking system in Sunninghill. The scheme was originally introduced as a six-month trial, but has now been in place for nearly nine months. In recent correspondence with the Parking & Enforcement team (specifically [officer name] on 03/06/2026), I was advised that the results of the trial are currently "being reviewed" by the Parking & Enforcement Manager.
To understand how this trial is being evaluated and managed, please provide the following recorded information:
1.    Trial Extension: All correspondence, meeting minutes, and internal memos detailing the decision to extend the trial beyond the initially stated six-month period.
2.    Review Data: Copies of all data, reports, and analyses currently being used by the Parking & Enforcement Manager (and any other relevant parties) to review the results of the trial. This should include, but is not limited to, traffic flow data, parking penalty statistics, safety assessments, and any recorded feedback from residents or local businesses.
3.    Success Criteria: The original project plan or policy document that outlines the specific metrics and criteria being used to determine whether the trial is deemed a success or a failure.
4.    Project Timeline: Any documented timelines, project plans, or internal communications that state the expected completion date for the current review and the date by which a final decision will be published.
5.    Financial Costs: A breakdown of the total costs incurred by RBWM for this trial to date, including implementation costs, maintenance, and the projected costs for either making the scheme permanent or reversing the road system back to its original state.
