Application(s): 26/00700/CONDIT and any associated planning records relating to Land South of Kimbers Lane, Maidenhead.
Please provide copies of all recorded information held in any form (including emails, internal correspondence, notes, drawings, plans, mark-ups, meeting notes, comments and attachments) relating to the proposed hedgerow cutting / pruning works referred to by the applicant in recent correspondence dated 2 June 2026.
In particular, please provide:
• Any communications between the Council, applicant and any consultants discussing whether existing hedgerows, screening or adjacent land are required to achieve the submitted lighting performance.
• Any documents, communications or internal officer comments considering whether implementation requires works to third-party land, third-party vegetation, maintained dark conditions or assumptions outside the applicant’s land.
• Any internal officer comments, assessments or applicant submissions explaining why the proposed pruning works are considered necessary.
• Any recorded information showing whether hedgerow works, pruning, lighting infrastructure or associated implementation assumptions form part of the material relied upon for determination of Condition 24.
