Request

I write to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead published its Five Year Housing Land Supply Position Statement in July 2025, with Appendix 1.1 (Sites Under Construction) and Appendix 1.2 (Sites With Permission Not Yet Started) listing residential schemes counted toward the Council's forward housing supply.
Please provide, in respect of each site listed in Appendix 1.1 and Appendix 1.2 of the Position Statement:
(1) The date of any completion notice served by the Council under section 17 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 in respect of new dwellings at that site, together with the number of dwellings to which each notice relates.
(2) The date on which any new C3 dwellings at the site were first entered onto the council tax valuation list (i.e. first assigned a council tax band as a separate dwelling).
(3) The current rating status of the site or building (council tax band as residential dwelling, or non-domestic rating as commercial property), and the date that current rating status took effect.
Please provide the response in tabular format keyed by the planning application reference set out in the Position Statement schedules.
Should the volume of records be such that the cost of compliance would exceed the section 12 appropriate limit, please advise so that the request can be narrowed by priority site list rather than refused in full. In that event, please prioritise the following sites: One Maidenhead (King Street / Queen Street / Broadway), Marandaz House (Clivemont Road), Land West of Crown Lane / Hines Meadow, Belmont Place / Novello Apartments, Hanson House (14 Castle Hill), Thames House (17 Marlow Road), Tectonic Place (Holyport Road), Nicholsons House (Nicholsons Walk), Burlington House (1-13 York Road), Land at 106-108 High Street, Chatsworth House (29 Broadway).

If any part of this request is refused or partly refused, please cite the specific exemption relied upon and provide a public interest assessment as required by the Act. If the information is held by the Valuation Office Agency rather than by the Council, please confirm so that the request can be redirected.
