I am currently compiling a dataset of current and upcoming Article 4 Directions across Local Planning Authorities in England.
While reviewing the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead’s website and publicly available planning documents, I found references indicating the existence of a number of Article 4 Directions. However, I was only able to locate the full document for:
• Article 4 Direction – Class E to C3 use on Protected Employment Sites
I was unable to locate the original Article 4 Direction documents for the following areas:
• Fifield, Bray Parish
• New Lodge Estate, Drift Road, Bray Parish
• The Moorings 1 and 2, Temple, Bisham
• Bisham
• Windsor Town Centre
• Wraysbury Embankment
• Wraysbury, Horton and Datchet Parishes
• Chobham Common, Sunningdale
• Bray Conservation Area
• Waltham St Lawrence, East of Shurlock Road
As these documents do not appear to be publicly available online, I would be grateful if you could please provide:
1. The current or upcoming Article 4 Direction documents relating to the above areas (superseded, expired, or revoked Directions are not required); and
2. Any associated GIS data or shapefiles showing the boundaries of these Directions, if available.
If any of the above Directions have been revoked, replaced, or are no longer in force, please confirm this.
I confirm that I have searched the council website and publicly available planning resources but have been unable to locate these documents.
