I am unhappy with the performance of NSL with regard to parking enforcement and would like to know the following:
1. Total and per annum value of the contract between RBWM and NSL (Marston Holdings)
2. Services to be provided under the contract and shift pattern coverage provided
3. Total of fte wardens to be provided by the contract by service type by shift pattern
4. Actual numbers of fte wardens by month for the last 12 months
5. Geographic coverage of services and numbers to be provided e.g. Maidenhead, Windsor, other
6. Total numbers and values of PCNs issued and paid per year for the last 5 years
7. Numbers and values of PCNs issued and paid in Maidenhead town centre and the rest of Maidenhead in each of the last 5 years
I would also like to see a copy of the contract if possible.
