I previously submitted FOI002926 thank you for your reply.

I do already have all of the documents that are available on the land registry website in relation to the plot of land that I was referring to: specifically, I have the title register for the plot of land and the title plan.

The main purpose of my previous FOI request was to obtain the legal contract that was agreed between the council and the previous owner of 2 St Luke's Road and any associated legal documents from the purchase that the council holds in its records. I do accept that the title register and title plan are some of those documents but they are not the entirety of the legal documents that would have been generated during the purchasing process.

As such, in line with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide all of the legal documents relating to the purchase of 2 St Luke's Road and its land in Maidenhead (SL6 7AN) that are held by the council and that are not available on the land registry website - to include the legal contract for the purchase and all other legal documents that you might have - but not including the title register and title plan that are available on the land registry website and that I already have.
