I understand the planning consent includes 80 affordable homes as part of the 200-dwelling scheme. I would be grateful if you could confirm the following:
1. What is the tenure breakdown of the 80 affordable homes? Specifically, how many are allocated for:
- Social or affordable rent
- Shared ownership
- Discounted/Reduced Market Value (discount market sale)
- Any other tenure type
2. What are the eligibility criteria for any discounted sale or shared ownership properties — for example, is there a local connection requirement or income cap?
3. Has the Section 106 agreement been finalised, and if so, is it available to view?
4. Who is the registered housing association or affordable housing provider managing the affordable homes?
5. When are the affordable homes expected to be available, and how do prospective buyers register their interest?
