Our questions are:
1 Affordable Housing Need
A. How many households are on the housing register as a whole.
B. How many applicants that live in the parish are on the council’s housing register? Please
provide a summary of the priority band they are in, and the number of bedrooms required.
C. How many households listed in the response to question A are on the register that have
indicated a preference to be housed in the parish? Please provide a breakdown of priority
and number of bedrooms required.
D. How many households listed in the response to question A are on the register and have a
local connection to the parish in accordance with your allocation policy? Please provide a
breakdown of priority and bedrooms required.
E. Does the council have a list of households that are seeking affordable home ownership? If
so, please provide information of demand for the parish, preferably indicating the affordable
tenure required? If you don’t have this data at parish level, please provide for the local
authority area as a whole.
F. When was the housing register reviewed last, and when do you intend to review it again?
2 Affordable Housing Supply
G. How many vacancies of social and affordable rented housing occurred in the parish in the
last 12 months - and the preceding 12 months if you have the information? Please provide a
breakdown of these vacancies by number of bedrooms.
H. How many of these vacancies in total were allocated to a parish resident household or one
that has a local connection to the parish of Waltham St Lawrence
