Could you please provide me with the following information.
What is the legal status of the public footpath shown on RBWM maps marked in red below:
Was the Council consulted by the Crown Estate, HMT, Home Office, Met or Thames Valley police or any other body to provide information prior to the grant of the 20 year lease of Forest Lodge in 2025? Or after the lease. And in relation to the SOCPA.
If so, can I please have a copy of any advice of correspondence?
Has the Council made any assessment of the impacts of changes (i.e. the car park closure, large areas not available to the general public since the lease, closure of the environmental centre and forest school etc) resulting from the grant of the lease? If so, can you please share this information.
