I am seeking information relating to the planning, approval, and infrastructure assessment for the development now operating as Fairmont Windsor Park on Bishopsgate Road, Englefield Green.
Please provide the following:
Any utilities impact assessments submitted as part of the planning application, including (but not limited to) water supply capacity and network impact
Any correspondence between the Council and Thames Water regarding water supply, pressure, or infrastructure capacity for this development
All planning conditions, obligations, or Section 106 agreements relating to water usage, supply, or infrastructure upgrades
Any post-construction compliance reports or discharge of conditions relating to utilities or water supply
Any complaints, investigations, or internal reports held by the Council relating to water pressure issues in the Bishopsgate Road / Englefield Green area since the hotel became operational
If any of this information is already publicly available, please direct me to the relevant documents or links.
If parts of this request are exempt from disclosure, please provide the remainder and explain the reasons for any refusal.
