I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
I request disclosure of recorded information held by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead relating to communications between borough councillors and Bray Parish Council concerning licensing matters within Bray ward.
Scope of request:
Please provide copies of all relevant emails, correspondence, and recorded communications (including attachments) from 1 December 2017 to the present date involving:
•    Councillor Coppinger (former councillor)
•    Councillor Dudley (former councillor)
•    Councillor Walters (current councillor)
•    Councillor Wilson ( former councillor and Chairman of Bray Parish Council and member of the 2019 licensing panel)
Where such communications:
•    Relate to any licensing application, event licence, or objection; and/or
•    Involve Bray Parish Council; and/or
•    Concern or reference the sharing of information to support or encourage objections to a licensing application.
