Freedom of Information Act 2000 Request
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request the following information:
All correspondence (including emails, letters, and attachments) between Cllr Simon Dudley and council planning officers relating to major planning applications (as defined by the council) during the period:
1 January 2017 to 31 December 2019
To assist with the cost of compliance, please limit the scope of this request to:
•    correspondence relating to applications involving 50 or more residential units, or
•    correspondence containing the term “major application”
Please also provide:
•    any briefing notes, summaries, or internal documents prepared for Cllr Simon Dudley relating to such major planning applications during this period
I am content for personal data to be redacted where necessary.
If it is helpful, I am willing to refine or narrow the request further to bring it within the cost limit.
