Thank you for your response. I will refine my request as suggested and limit it to Kenwood Close only [...] and to a shorter timeframe (e.g. the last 6 months).
Given the above I would also like to request an internal review of this FOI response as outlined in your letter.
Specifically, I would like clarification on:
• How the council is verifying contractor performance against the stated 6-week schedule
• What controls are in place to ensure roads are cleaned to the required standard
• How gaps in service delivery are identified and addressed
As taxpayers we are funding this service and should reasonably expect transparency and evidence that it is being delivered as stated.
