I am writing to request, under the Freedom of Information Act, a full copy of any pre-application (pre-planning) submissions relating to the following site:

Norreys Drive
Maidenhead
SL6 4BL
In particular, I would be grateful for:
•    The most recent pre-application submission 
•    Any written advice, responses or correspondence provided by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead in relation to that submission (which could follow separately)
•    Copies of any additional pre-application submissions made within the past 24 months
