Please can you advise if all the Council Tax (excluding all precepts such as police etc) paid by RBWM residents is retained with and allocated by the local council in the borough?
If not 100% is retained within the borough please can you indicate approx. what amount goes elsewhere and give an outline of the mechanism/process by which such funds are distributed.
