I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please provide copies of the minutes of all council meetings held by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead from 1 January to 31 March of the current year.

In addition, I would be grateful if you could clarify whether the records of these meetings include:

- documents or submissions provided by members of the public for consideration at those meetings; and
- any internal memoranda, reports, or briefing documents associated with the meetings.

If such materials are held, please advise on their availability and whether they may be requested.
