I have noticed the construction of the Stovell Road Cycle Parking. [..] i have noticed that the cycle park has been subject to repetitive repairs, and very low utilisation.

My request under the Freedom of Information Act is that RBWM provide confirmation of:
- How much public money was spent on this project
- What is the usage pattern of the parking.
- Is this project ever forecast to return on its investment.
