We write to request environmental information under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

This request relates to planning application 25/03315/LEG and is limited to the period from 1 February 2026 to 17 February 2026.

Please disclose the following:

1.All correspondence, including emails and attachments, between Council officers and Taylor Wimpey and/or its agents, consultants or advisers relating to application 25/03315/LEG.

2..All plans, drawings, technical notes, supporting documents or other materials received, circulated, referenced or relied upon by officers during that period in relation to that application.

3. All internal Council communications during that period relating to:
 • the applicant’s letter dated 3 February 2026,
 • land ownership or land control,
 • reliance on third-party land,
 • lighting, dark corridor or ecological mitigation,
 • whether material should be published to the planning portal and when.

4 .Any audit trail, metadata, upload log, case management note, publication history or equivalent record showing:
 • when documents were first received by the Council,
 • when they were first uploaded to the planning portal,
 • any amendment to document visibility, status or publication date.

5. Any record, note, email or internal communication explaining:
 • the delay between receipt and publication of the applicant’s 3 February 2026 letter,
 • whether any decision was taken to delay publication,
 • who took or approved that decision.
