This request is made under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

I would be grateful if you could provide all recorded information held by the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead in relation to land known as Cemetery Field, Cookham. This refers to the Green Belt land bounded by:

•    Long Lane (north)
•    Maidenhead Road (east)
•    Switchback Road (west)
•    The northern edge of Furze Platt (south)

Please provide:

1. Pre-application planning advice
•    Details of any pre-application advice given
•    Whether written, verbal, or informal
•    Relating to:

o    Residential development
o    Mixed-use development
o    Any alternative uses (including but not limited to crematorium or community uses)

2. Copies of advice and supporting material

•    Copies of all pre-application responses
•    Including:
