Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request the following information.
Please provide a list of any planning applications between June 2016 and September 2019 that were:
• called in,
• reviewed, or
• reconsidered
by Cllr Simon Dudley in his capacity as Leader of the Council.
For each case, please provide:
• planning application reference number
• site/location
• a brief description of the development
• the year of the decision
• the final outcome (approved or refused)
This request is intended to fall within the cost limit following your previous response under Section 12.
If any part of this request exceeds the cost limit, please provide advice and assistance under Section 16 of the Act to help refine it.
