[…] interested in receiving private market investment reports from the Royal County of Berkshire Pension Scheme. Today, 8th April 2026, we are requesting quarterly cash-flow reports from Q3 2025, if available, of all your private capital investments, in digital format.

This request is being made under following law: "Freedom of Information Act 2000 (2000 c.36)" 
Private capital investments include private equity, real estate, natural resources, infrastructure, venture, and private debt funds. Each report would ideally contain these fund attributes:

1.    Investment or fund name and vintage year
2.    Period or date of investment performance
3.    Net capital calls or contributions
4.    Net distributions
5.    Net asset value or remaining value
6.    Net IRR
7.    Net multiple or TVPI
8.    Assets Under Management (AUM) breakdown by asset class
9.    Board meeting and investment committee meeting materials for most recent meeting (board packets, manager presentations, meeting minutes)
10.    Investment consultant by asset class (private equity, real estate, infrastructure, credit)
11.    Separate allocations for impact investing and/or climate investing
12.    Recent commitments made to private capital funds (committed amount, date of the commitment)
