I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please provide a current and complete register of all licensed Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) within your local authority area.
For each licensed property, I would appreciate the inclusion of the following details where available:
•    Full property address
•    Type of licence (e.g. mandatory, additional, selective)
•    Maximum number of permitted occupants and/or households
•    Licence start date and expiry date
In addition, please provide details of any additional or selective licensing schemes currently in force, including the areas they cover and the dates they apply.
I would prefer to receive this information in Excel or CSV format.
