Please treat this as a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I am requesting the following information regarding Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMHPs) employed or commissioned by the Local Authority regarding Pay, Enhancements, and Agency AMHP Expenditure.

For the last full financial year (or the most recent period available), please provide:

a) The annual AMHP salary rate paid to individual AMHPs by the council - the actual amount not the grade.
b) Any additional AMHP specific allowances or payments (e.g., market supplement, retainer, standby, call out).
c) The percentage enhancements applied for out of hours AMHP work (evenings, nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays).
d) The number of AMHPs currently approved and practising within the council.

Agency AMHPs

For the period from 01.04.25 to the near as possible present date please provide:

a) Total expenditure on agency AMHPs.
b) The hourly or daily rates paid to agency AMHPs.
