6. Confirms what consideration was given to emergency access and safety compliance
7. Provides any risk or safety assessments carried out
8. Clarifies how use of the land will be managed and enforced going forward
9. Confirms what steps, if any, were taken to address the specific cause of verge damage prior to installing bollards
10. Reviews the decision to install the bollards in light of the above concerns
