Please may I request the following information for your local authority?
1. Number of Care Act 2014 needs assessments undertaken for adults with a learning disability in the previous 12 months.
2. Number of those in (1) who live in a family home.
3. Of the assessments for the people in (2), how many included a formal plan around emergency care planning including how the person will get help if their unpaid carer is unable to support them (e.g., due to illness).
4. Number of Care Act 2014 Carers Assessments carried out by the local authority in the same 12 month periods.
5. Of those in (4), how many included emergency care planning for what will happen if the carer is unable to provide care (e.g., due to illness).
