I am writing to make a request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR).

Please provide a bulk extract of planning applications received by Windsor and Maidenhead for the period 2020 to 2024 (or the most recent five years available), including the following fields for each application:

1. Application reference number
2. Application type (full, outline, householder, change of use, etc.) 3. Application status (approved, refused, withdrawn, pending) 4. Date received 5. Date decided (if applicable) 6. Ward or locality 7. Brief description of development 8. Applicant type (individual, company, public body) — if held

A CSV or Excel export from your planning portal would satisfy this request. I am aware that many councils already publish planning data through planning portals; if a bulk download is available publicly, please direct me to it.
