I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please provide a list of all licensed and/or registered tattoo studios and commercial tattooing premises currently authorised to operate within your council area. For each premises, please provide:

   Name of the studio.

   Full postal address (including postcode).

   Name of the licence or registration holder, where recorded.

   Type of approval (for example, tattooing only; tattooing and cosmetic piercing; semi permanent skin colouring, etc.).

   The date the licence/registration was first granted and, if applicable, the date it is due for renewal or expiry.

If some of this information is already publicly available, please direct me to the relevant page(s) of your website instead of re sending it.
