Follow up to FOI002474 and FOI002596 

 •    RBWM’s written position on whether the S106 obligation to provide three or more squash courts as part of a leisure facility remains undischarged, and the realistic options and timetable for complying with it;
•    A firm date by which the outstanding £11,000 of S106 expenditure will be fully itemised; and
•    An update on the release of the relevant TVAC Trust minutes and RBWM’s own stated position on the decision to convert two of the four TVAC courts.
