I would like to request the following information relating to cemeteries run by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

For the most recent complete year available (or the past 12 months if easier), please provide:

1.    The total number of complaints received about council-run cemeteries in 2025, 2024 and 2023.

2.    A breakdown of those complaints by cemetery, including (where applicable) the main council-run cemeteries such as:
•    Braywick Cemetery
•    All Saints Cemetery
•    Oakley Green Cemetery
•    Spital Cemetery, Windsor

3.    A brief summary or categorisation of what the complaints were about (for example: delays in arranging burials or ashes interments, grave maintenance, grounds maintenance, communication issues, administrative delays, etc.).

4.    If recorded, the number of complaints that were upheld or partially upheld.

5.    Any recorded information held by the council on backlogs or waiting times relating to cemetery services, including:
•    arranging burials
•    arranging ashes interments
•    grave maintenance (such as turfing or repairs)

If available, please include any internal reports, statistics or figures that show current waiting times or backlog levels for these services.
