I am writing to request information regarding the Council's "REPORT IT" system used by residents to report issues within the Borough.

For each year from FY 2019 to FY 2025 inclusive, please provide the following:

  - The total number of reports submitted.
  - The average length of time between the initial issuance of a case number and a meaningful response.
  - The average length of time taken for a resolution to be implemented.
  - The average length of time for the person who reported the issue to receive an update.

Please provide the raw data for this period in .csv format, either split by year or within a single spreadsheet, including any headers or legends necessary for interpretation.

If providing this specific data is not possible, please clarify which data fields are held for the "REPORT IT" system and the formats in which they can be exported.
