I am writing to request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 data on the following:

•    The number of bailiff referrals made by your council for unpaid Penalty Charge Notices / PCNs (for parking illegally, breaking moving traffic rules or driving in a bus lane) in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025

Please provide separate figures for each individual calendar year e.g. 768 bailiff referrals made for unpaid PCNs in 2021, 423 bailiff referrals made for unpaid PCNs in 2025, etc.
