Many thanks for your response. I have a follow up request for further information.

The Lease states the rent as :

a) the clear rent of a peppercorn for the first five years of the term thereafter the sum of FIVE THOUSAND POUNDS (£5,000) per annum or if greater 5% of the gross turnover (excluding Value Added Tax) of all the concessions granted to the tenant at Riverside Gardens being the golf course the putting course the cafe and car park on the 29th day of August in every year.

Please can you provide me with the declared gross turnover of the Tenant on the 29th of August each year for each of the 30 years during the term of the Lease so that it can be seen how much the tenant was actually paying the Landlord if the passing rent figure of £5,000 was exceeded by 5% of turnover of all concessions.

Additionally, please advise the monetary value of annual receipts from this Tenant in regard to this Lease for each of the 30 years.
