Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request the following information relating to Cllr Simon Dudley’s role in shaping housing and planning policy during his time as Cabinet Member (May 2007 – June 2016) and Leader of the Council (June 2016 – September 2019).
1.    Copies of any briefing papers, strategy documents, internal reports, or presentations prepared for Cllr Simon Dudley relating to:
o    Housing delivery
o    Local housing targets
o    Housing supply
o    Planning reform
o    Development or regeneration strategy.
2.    Any correspondence between Cllr Simon Dudley and council planning officers or housing officers relating to:
o    Housing targets
o    Local Plan development
o    Major housing developments
o    Opposition or support for housing proposals.
3.    Any records of meetings, briefings, or discussions involving Cllr Simon Dudley regarding:
o    The council’s housing targets
o    Housing supply pressures
o    Planning policy or Local Plan preparation.
4.    Copies of any policy papers, Cabinet reports, or strategy documents where Cllr Simon Dudley set out views or recommendations on:
o    Housing growth
o    Housing affordability
o    Development density
o    Green Belt or land allocation for housing.
5.    Details of any representations or lobbying by Cllr Simon Dudley to central government, developers, or other public bodies relating to housing policy or planning reform.
