Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request the following information relating to Cllr Simon Dudley’s involvement in planning matters during his time as both Cabinet Member (2007–2016) and Leader of the Council (2016–2019).
1.    A list of any planning applications or development proposals that Cllr Simon Dudley formally opposed, blocked, or recommended refusal for, either through:
o    Cabinet decisions
o    Planning committee involvement
o    Formal representations to planning officers.
2.    For each case, please provide:
o    Planning application reference number
o    Development description
o    Location
o    Year of decision
o    Final decision outcome.
3.    Any correspondence, briefing notes, or reports relating to interventions or representations made by Cllr Simon Dudley regarding planning applications.
4.    Records of any instances where planning decisions were delayed, reconsidered, or escalated following representations from the Leader or Cabinet.
