Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request the following information relating to the period when Cllr Simon Dudley served as Leader of the Council (June 2016 – September 2019).
1.    The total number of planning applications submitted to the council during this period.
2.    The number of applications approved, refused, and withdrawn.
3.    A list of major planning applications (as defined by the council) considered during this period, including:
o    Applicant name
o    Proposal description
o    Ward/location
o    Outcome (approved/refused)
4.    Details of any planning applications that were called in, reviewed, or reconsidered by the Leader of the Council or Cabinet during this period.
5.    Any internal reports, correspondence, or briefing documents relating to the Leader’s involvement in planning decisions or strategic planning policy during this period.
