Follow up of FOI002607
I am requesting the following specific recorded information regarding Stafferton Way Multi-Storey Car Park, which was omitted from or contradicted by the response to FOI002607:
1. The Promised Officer Report: Provide a copy of the "full report from Officers" that Cllr Geoff Hill stated in an email on 17 January 2026 would be "ready by Wednesday this week [21 January]".
2. Police Crime References: Provide the Thames Valley Police Crime Reference Numbers for all incidents of "extensive vandalism" cited in FOI002607, specifically the stripping of trunking/wiring and damage to lift shafts.
3. Security Logs: Provide the daily patrol logs or CCTV monitoring logs for the period between 1 December 2025 and 19 January 2026 to verify what security measures were active prior to the closure.
4. Budgetary Allocation Records: Provide the specific "Cost Centre" or "Project Code" records for the £280,000 maintenance budget reportedly allocated to Stafferton Way in late 2025. This should include any "Purchase Orders" or "Tender Invitations" issued for lighting and CCTV between October 2025 and February 2026.
5. Recorded Safety Assessments: Provide the specific safety inspection report (dated between January 1 and January 19, 2026) that officially "deemed [the car park] unsafe on the upper levels".
6. Alternative Site Capacity: Provide the recorded usage statistics for Vicus Way and Hines Meadow from January 19, 2026, to present, to confirm if these sites can actually accommodate the redirected Stafferton Way season ticket holders.
